By creating an account on G-Will, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. We accept various payment methods including cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are in their original condition. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Certain items such as perishables, personal care products, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

We strive to ensure all products listed on G-Will are authentic and as described. However, we are not liable for issues arising from third-party vendor products. Vendor products are subject to the vendor's own policies in addition to ours. If you receive a counterfeit or significantly different product, contact us immediately for resolution.

You agree not to use G-Will for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, intellectual property infringement, harassment, posting false or misleading information, attempting to disrupt service, or violating any applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

G-Will is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
