Vendor Terms & Conditions

To become a vendor on G-Will, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate business information, valid government-issued identification, and verification documents. Your application is subject to review and approval by our admin team. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring all product listings are accurate, including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability. All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Product uploads are subject to admin approval before becoming visible in the store. Vendors must not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items.

G-Will may charge a commission fee on each sale, as communicated during vendor onboarding. Payments for orders are processed through the platform, and vendor payouts are made according to the agreed payment schedule. Vendors are responsible for any taxes applicable to their sales.

Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and maintain quality standards. Orders must be shipped within the stated timeframe. Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivery of products. Repeated complaints about product quality, delayed shipping, or unfulfilled orders may result in suspension or termination of vendor privileges.

Vendors must maintain valid business documentation and update any changes to their information. We may request additional documentation for verification purposes. Vendors must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws, tax regulations, and data privacy requirements in their jurisdiction.

Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, sell counterfeit products, manipulate reviews or ratings, solicit customers off-platform, share customer data with third parties, or list products that infringe on intellectual property rights. Violations will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.

G-Will reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, customer complaints, or any activity that harms the platform. Vendors are liable for damages caused by their products or actions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the vendor to the platform.
